Assess Selective's current Avamar-based backup environment, provide technical recommendations and improvement options for backup technologies, and collaborate with IS stakeholders and managers. Serve as a hands-on infrastructure architect and communicate findings and roadmap clearly.

Support on-site meetings and escalate complex issues.

Perform on-site LAN/WAN site surveys and data cabling; install and rack/preconfigure Cisco and Aruba network and unified communications equipment; perform tone & tag, punchdown, demarc extensions, cable testing, Smarthands testing/turn-up, and deliver requested documentation/photos. Strong communication skills required.

Perform business systems analysis supporting credit risk functions including retail and commercial credit, capital measurement, special loans, enterprise reporting, stress testing, and wholesale credit PM. Work with data warehouse systems and legacy mainframe technologies using SQL and File Aid to support risk reporting and disclosures.

Perform on-site network site surveys, data cabling, rack-and-stack and installation of preconfigured Cisco/Aruba equipment, cable testing, SmartHands turn-up, and basic configuration loading. Deliver digital documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Senior front-end engineer to implement UI/UX designs, build performant cross-browser interfaces, consume JSON APIs, use client-side MVC frameworks, CSS preprocessors, Bootstrap and jQuery, and contribute to architecture and testing. Role influences UX practice and intranet/collaboration rollouts.
