Tasks include iPhone/iOS deployment and troubleshooting, PC rollouts, application installation, printer and barcode scanner support, PC imaging (SCCM), inventory/disposal, ticket management (Remedy), and project support.

Perform back-office finance processing and reporting (AR, payroll, accounting); use ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/PeopleSoft); analyze data, prioritize tasks independently, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Support project manager across multiple small .NET web projects: maintain documentation, coordinate testing and meetings, produce status and budget reports, manage schedules, liaise with users, vendors and teams, and assist with requirements gathering and project tracking.
