Evaluate and approve loans within delegated authority, review credit reports, assign loan grades, prepare memos on exceptions, monitor delinquencies, review appraisals, support branches on loan structuring and collections, attend DLC meetings, and supervise a team of Credit Officers.

Responsible for oversight of ACH risk functions including customer onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, ACH claims outside standard return timeframes, resolving alerts/exceptions, processing ACH risk worksheets, updating logs/databases, educating customers on NACHA rules, and providing documentation for audits and certifications. Ensures compliance with NACHA rules and federal/state laws and supports centers and customers with ACH-related inquiries.

Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to generate loans, deposits, and other bank products. Support department sales and service efforts, ensure retention and growth of relationships, comply with bank policies, assist with audits and CRA objectives, participate in community activities, and meet departmental goals and budgets.

Perform credit analysis for businesses and individuals, including financial statement, tax return, and cash flow analysis. Prepare clear Report of Credit Extended (RCE), review credit files for completeness, evaluate credit requests, refer non-standard requests, collaborate with branch and credit management, and assist/train junior credit officers.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial customers by identifying, soliciting, underwriting, approving (within limits) and servicing secured and unsecured loans and deposit relationships. Analyze business financials, present credit/product requests, meet production and deposit goals, ensure compliance with bank policies, and represent the bank in community activities.
