Support Portfolio and Relationship Managers by soliciting and retaining customer relationships, analyzing customer financial needs, assisting credit/product presentations, and contributing to center sales, deposit, loan, and income goals while ensuring compliance with bank policies and community engagement.

Develop and wholesale CitizensTrust investment services by prospecting new clients, partnering with bank relationship managers, closing sales, and managing a book of business. Promote investment, advisory, insurance, annuities, retirement plan and brokerage offerings, track prospects and reports, participate in center sales meetings and community activities, and ensure client onboarding and retention. Frequent travel and territory coverage required.

Manage a portfolio of commercial clients to grow loans, deposits and other banking products. Support Center sales/service efforts, assist manager with policies, budgets, audits, CRA adherence, community engagement, and meet financial goals. Deliver excellent customer service and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide Tier-3 support and proactively manage bank applications to ensure availability, performance, security, and compliance. Troubleshoot production, test, and disaster recovery environments; perform root cause analysis; coordinate changes, upgrades, and vendor implementations; create application documentation; and collaborate with infrastructure, projects, and business users to meet SLAs and security standards.

Support the bank's BSA/AML compliance program by monitoring transactions, performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers, maintaining records, assisting with AML software reports, referring suspicious activity for SAR investigations, and preparing periodic monitoring and board reports.

Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing commercial customers, open and maintain accounts, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, use ChexSystems/OFAC and CIP processes, participate in sales meetings, telemarketing, and community outreach to meet sales goals.

Manage a portfolio of commercial clients to grow loans, deposits, and banking products; support center sales and service efforts, ensure compliance with policies and laws, assist with budgeting and audit procedures, engage in community activities, and help retain and expand customer relationships.

Evaluate and critique loan requests, approve within delegated authority or recommend approvals, assign loan grades, monitor delinquencies, review appraisals and financial statements, prepare internal memos on policy exceptions, assist branches with loan structuring and collections, attend DLC meetings, and supervise a team of Credit Officers.

Manage a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to originate loans, deposits, and banking products. Support department sales and service efforts, ensure compliance with bank policies and laws, assist with audits and CRA objectives, and promote customer experience while meeting departmental growth and earnings goals.

Support BSA/AML compliance by performing Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk customers, maintaining records, running AML software reports, identifying suspicious activity, assisting SAR referrals, producing monitoring and Board reports, and helping Centers/Departments with BSA/OFAC regulatory questions and documentation.
