R&D Engineer responsible for prototyping with composite materials, improving production methods, programming equipment, and interfacing with vendors and customers.

Develops forecasts, supply plans, inventory targets, risk scenarios, executive dashboards, and KPI reporting. Partners cross-functionally with sales, product management, marketing, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and operations. Drives planning process standardization, system improvements, continuous improvement, and enterprise planning governance.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, capital expenditure analysis, variance reporting, and month-end close activities. Prepares financial reports, dashboards, reconciliations, inventory analyses, and business insights for Finance and Operations leadership. Partners cross-functionally to analyze manufacturing cost drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and improve reporting processes.
