Provide senior administrative support to the VP and business unit leadership: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, arrange domestic and international travel, prepare correspondence and briefing materials, handle expense reporting and procurement support, track budgets and spending, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver leadership and site logistics.

Provide manufacturing-floor support and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and EHS standards.

Design, prototype, and verify fiber-optic systems (OTDR, OSA, OPS); troubleshoot product and process issues; support manufacturing transfers; develop new optical technologies and contribute to IP; provide technical sales support and collaborate cross-functionally.

Lead product strategy and full lifecycle for the Cloud segment in fiber‑optic telecommunications. Define product vision, prioritize features, conduct market and customer research, collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing, manage product financials, and drive cross‑functional execution and go‑to‑market activities to deliver high‑quality products.

Support and improve MOCVD epitaxial production of GaAs/InP optoelectronic devices through sustaining engineering: analyze characterization data, adjust recipes to maintain yield, apply SPC/DOE, and collaborate with production and R&D to support 24/7 manufacturing.

The Senior Product Line Manager will oversee product management and business development, working closely with R&D and sales to grow revenue and develop product strategies while managing product life cycles.

Lead foundry-facing process integration for silicon photonics and advanced packaging: coordinate process development, audits, yield and failure analysis, SPC-driven data analysis, CAPA, DFM/DFY, process characterization, NPI and technology transfers, and supplier quality metrics to improve yield, reliability, and manufacturability across multiple foundry platforms.
