The Software Engineer III will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for Zinnia, collaborating within Agile teams and mentoring junior members.

Provide practical legal advice on complex commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, professional services, TPA), draft and negotiate contracts, manage post-signature issues, build contracting tools (templates, playbooks), and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, InfoSec, Privacy, and Compliance.

Lead strategic account management for major life and annuities clients, acting as single point of client ownership. Drive client satisfaction, governance, cross-functional delivery, financial oversight, KPI scorecards, identify growth opportunities, and guide internal teams to implement client-focused technology and service roadmaps.

Own roadmap and lifecycle for case-management (intake, requirements, underwriting, placement). Lead technical discussions, manage end-to-end requirements, define delivery timelines, ensure architecture alignment, act as customer technical liaison, lead releases, mentor product managers, and ensure compliance with data-privacy and regulatory needs.
