Strengthen internal controls across financial systems by documenting processes, assessing risks, testing controls, analyzing exceptions, supporting audits, tracking remediation, and reviewing system implementations and configurations. Own and prioritize the CIAM product backlog across consumer, partner, and workforce identity. Write requirements for authentication, authorization, and lifecycle features; partner with Engineering, Security, and Compliance; evaluate build-vs-buy; track identity metrics; and support releases to balance security, usability, and regulatory needs.
