Build and maintain Robot Framework automation, create API tests, integrate tests into CI/CD, manage defects, mentor team members, and improve QA processes and test coverage in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Design and lead enterprise-scale Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, modernize processes with low-code and automation, build Copilot agents and extensibility integrations, run architecture workshops, assess AI readiness, and act as a customer-facing technical advisor driving adoption, governance, and scalable architectures.

Sell and renew client contracts within an assigned territory to meet revenue quotas. Maintain CRM, provide sales forecasts, manage high-volume outbound customer contact, handle objections, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team and manager to resolve customer issues and retain accounts.
