Handle customer calls via CRM, create quotations and orders in SAP, communicate delivery times, provide catalogue-based product advice, and offer first-level technical assistance to identify customer needs.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and organizational objectives. Maintain proactive issue resolution and may manage multiple concurrent projects.

Lead design and delivery of healthcare Databricks Lakehouse platforms, modernize legacy systems to Azure/Cloud Databricks, define Delta Lake medallion patterns, build scalable ingestion/curation pipelines, ensure governance, security, interoperability, mentor engineers, and support analytics and clinical data use cases.

Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate BFSI requirements into technical specifications, define API and data integrations, perform SQL and BI analysis, support QA/UAT, track requirements and risks, and maintain documentation across Agile delivery for banking, payments, lending, and insurance platforms.

Sell and renew customer contracts through outbound engagement (phone/email), articulate product value, handle objections, maintain CRM records, provide sales forecasts, qualify and convert leads, perform health checks, and collaborate with the sales team reporting to a Sales Manager.

Handle qualified inbound commercial sales calls for profiled customers, perform outbound calls to develop new business, manage gold customer accounts, log all contacts in CRM, track and report sales pipeline activity, and identify decision-makers to advance opportunities.
