Leads Workday administration, configuration, reporting, analytics, support, releases, testing, integrations, and small-to-medium technology initiatives. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and business leaders to improve processes, employee experience, data governance, compliance, and internal controls. Translates business needs into functional and technical requirements, manages system enhancements, coordinates projects, resolves production issues, and delivers dashboards and reports for operational and executive decision-making.

Prepare and post journal entries, support month-end and year-end close, reconcile balance sheet and sub-ledger accounts, maintain fixed asset and capital project records, produce plant production, inventory, and cost reports in SAP, support accounts payable and audits, assist budget preparation, and provide backup administrative support onsite.

Leads enterprise-wide learning and development strategy, leadership programs, digital learning solutions, talent management initiatives, and learning technology. Partners with senior leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps, build learning roadmaps, support succession readiness, and foster continuous learning. Oversees vendors and subject matter experts, creates instructional content, and establishes metrics to evaluate employee growth, leadership capability, engagement, and business impact.

Leads procurement support for the Blue Point industrial project, including sourcing, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, purchase orders, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, equipment expediting, logistics, and vendor compliance. Participates in project stage-gate reviews and site meetings while ensuring adherence to procurement policies, project schedules, safety requirements, and cost objectives.

Lead project engineering activities, manage engineers, develop project plans, oversee safety and compliance, and handle capital project execution.

Responsible for the financial close process, journal entries, month-end statements, KPI reports, and maintaining internal controls. Participates in audits and supports budgeting activities.
