Leads capital partnerships and investment solutions for Brookfield Energy’s renewable power and transition platform. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating co-investments, continuation vehicles, yieldcos, joint ventures, minority stake sales, and other equity solutions; conducting sector research; coordinating investor outreach and diligence; preparing transaction materials; negotiating governance terms; and presenting investment strategies to institutional investors. The VP also supports new investment product development, manages junior team members, and collaborates with legal, tax, finance, investment, and asset management teams.

Own the firm’s global digital marketing technology stack, website operations, analytics environment, vendor relationships, platform roadmaps, and digital product launches. Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, user acceptance testing, measurement strategy, project planning, budget and SLA oversight, and executive reporting. Partner with Technology, Legal, Marketing, agencies, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, high-quality digital initiatives.

Source and diligence opportunities across Brookfield platforms, construct and evaluate mandates, present recommendations to the Investment Committee, and provide ongoing portfolio management, performance attribution, liquidity and risk monitoring, and client reporting. Collaborate with fundraising, investor relations, and internal investment teams to translate market views into portfolio actions.

Lead global equity compensation administration including Shareworks platform management, transaction execution, reporting, and multi-jurisdictional tax coordination. Partner with Payroll, Tax, Finance and vendors on compliance, audits, payroll validation, accounting treatment, and disclosures. Drive process improvements, maintain governance and controls, develop participant communications, and mentor junior team members. Monitor regulatory changes and support integrations and special projects.

Lead FP&A consolidation and forecasting for Brookfield Credit, own OneStream FP&A, review forecasts and results, prepare profitability analyses and presentation decks, manage 1-2 analysts, coordinate submissions and stakeholder engagement, and drive process improvements.

The Senior Analyst will support and optimize Workday Integrations and Workato automation, ensuring data integrity and process improvement, while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders.

The Analyst will ensure data accuracy and compliance, document issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and support system testing.
