Perform compensation benchmarking, data analysis, and support the annual compensation review using Excel and BI tools.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions across Brookfield lines of business. Source, screen, interview, and present candidates; partner with hiring managers; manage job postings, interview logistics, compensation discussions, diversity strategies, and recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

The Coordinator will manage calendars for fundraising meetings, coordinate events, logistics, draft agendas, and generate reports, requiring strong attention to detail and communication skills.
