Build property management relationships, support onsite launches, handle registrations, installations, billing setup, training, escalations, and data entry. Coordinate marketing collateral, update implementation timelines, create orders in ICOMS, and transition accounts to normal operations.

Lead revenue operations and analytics to ensure accurate reporting, scalable systems, and cross-functional execution. Build executive dashboards, drive revenue planning and forecasting, optimize CRM and reporting tools, manage sales compensation and GTM processes, and lead initiatives to improve conversion, reduce timelines, and support executive decision-making.

Design, implement, and maintain Wi‑Fi networks for multi-dwelling units: conduct site surveys, configure access points/controllers, troubleshoot RF and network issues, document topology and procedures, monitor performance, and train clients and teams.
