Provides systems engineering assessments of end-user architectures and develops system administration solutions. Administers Windows, VMware, desktop, network, storage, and server environments; performs capacity planning, resource optimization, troubleshooting, software installation, and reliability improvements. Manages funding and requirements for multiple IT systems and develops Spend Plans, UFRs, acquisition documents, schedules, risk plans, and portfolio analyses. Requires substantial DoD/IC program, contract, or financial management experience.

Develop, maintain, debug, test, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements. Analyze user and system requirements, design and implement software components, integrate systems, develop database queries and interfaces, implement algorithms, resolve defects, and improve development documentation and processes. Collaborate with users and systems engineers to analyze performance, workflows, and problem areas. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and Policy or SIGINT experience are required.

Performs systems engineering across the lifecycle, including concept of operations, requirements, use cases, high-level design, interface specifications, and installation, integration, and acceptance testing.
