As part of the AVEVA Marine Center of Excellence, the role involves developing PLM solutions, system architecture design, client technical support, and collaborating with product development while managing multiple project commitments.

Support Portfolio and Industry Marketing by delivering standardized reporting, analysis, and insights to improve marketing performance. Build recurring reports and dashboards, define success metrics, analyze campaign performance, enable stakeholders, and contribute to reporting standards and documentation.

Build and lead AVEVA’s China R&D organization, including recruiting, performance management, technical strategy, compliance exploration, pilot delivery, localization, and production readiness. Represent China in global product discussions, balance Xinchuang requirements with global architecture, guide AI and LLM exploration, oversee customer pilots and technical deployments, and collaborate across China, the UK, and global engineering teams.

Develop and test Windows-based software using C#, .NET and SQL; apply TDD and CI; participate in Agile sprints; use AI-assisted tools (Copilot/ChatGPT); collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software.
