Represent China in global product discussions, balance Xinchuang requirements with global architecture, guide AI and LLM exploration, oversee customer pilots and technical deployments, and collaborate across China, the UK, and global engineering teams.

Provide L2/L3 global technical support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion components (templates, reports, integrations, e‑invoicing, UCM). Troubleshoot BI Publisher/OTBI/FRS reports, FBDI and API integrations (REST/SOAP), collaborate with MuleSoft teams, implement fixes, deliver small enhancements, support larger rollouts, and perform quarterly patch assessments and regression testing across 40+ countries.

Lead customer-facing delivery of AVEVA process optimization, simulation, real-time optimization, and digital twin projects. Translate customer objectives into technical scopes, build and tune process models, manage data reconciliation and performance monitoring, and provide technical leadership through testing, deployment, documentation, and handover. Support proposals, estimation, risk assessment, solution architecture, workshops, and knowledge transfer while mentoring consultants and advising industrial customers across refining, petrochemical, oil and gas, and energy-intensive industries.

Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions on Azure. Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver infrastructure and data solutions, evaluate system architecture and risks, implement mitigation and secure development practices, support compliance and security activities, and maintain technical documentation.

Lead end-to-end implementation of real-time process optimization for refineries and petrochemical plants using AVEVA Process Optimization. Configure applications, run model reviews, FAT/SAT, commission on-site, provide training and ongoing support, and support presales technical proposals and value articulation.

Drive market penetration and demand for AVEVA in Mining, Metal & Minerals by providing industry domain expertise, supporting sales with value propositions, building executive relationships, enabling solution collateral, and guiding customer engagements to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
