Lead and supervise tunnel construction and TBM operations, analyze geotechnical data, ensure design/code compliance, manage risk and quality, mentor staff, and support planning, design reviews, and client reporting for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project.

Lead and manage transit and rail design/construction projects through planning, procurement, engineering, execution, and closeout. Lead mechanical design for federal facility projects, mentor staff, produce construction-ready IFC packages, manage budgets/schedules/staffing, ensure compliance with federal/industry standards, engage clients and business development, and perform site visits (~20% travel).

Lead complex built-environment projects end-to-end: define and control scope, develop and review schedules and construction documents, manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams, negotiate change orders, monitor construction activities, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead Arcadis Canada climate adaptation strategy and deliver complex climate risk and resilience projects. Provide technical leadership, business development, client engagement, multidisciplinary team oversight, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing to grow the climate adaptation portfolio and ensure technical excellence aligned with policy and regulatory drivers.

Support Southern California division by preparing and managing annual budgets, monitoring expenditures and variances, administering public contracts and service agreements, processing vendor payments, maintaining contract files, and generating financial reports from SAP and Oracle systems.
