Leads and grows Industrial Hygiene consulting services across the Gulf Coast and nationally. Responsibilities include client marketing and relationship development, selling and managing exposure assessments, asbestos, lead-paint, hazardous building materials, indoor air quality, mold, and compliance projects. Oversees proposals and deliverables, coordinates stakeholders, mentors staff, provides training, and serves as an Industrial Hygiene subject-matter expert.

Lead delivery of complex, high-risk defense projects and portfolios, with accountability for schedule, budget, quality, safety, governance, and commercial performance. Direct project teams, senior project directors, suppliers, and consultants while managing resources, change, reporting, contracts, risks, and client relationships. Collaborate with sector leaders, recruit local talent, and build regional business capabilities. Knowledge of the Department of Energy and experience in federal markets are preferred.

Leads environmental assessment and remediation projects, including remedial system design, process-mechanical calculations, technical specifications, field oversight, system startup, operation and maintenance, subcontractor coordination, reporting, and client or regulatory presentations. Manages project tasks, schedules, budgets, and change orders while mentoring junior staff. Travel of up to 25% is required for construction, inspections, remediation activities, and stakeholder meetings.

Manage contaminated-site assessment, remediation, monitoring, and other environmental projects in British Columbia. Own scope, schedules, budgets, risks, compliance, resources, subcontractors, reporting, and client relationships. Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, support proposals and business development, and ensure project quality and regulatory compliance. Travel to project sites and meetings is required in this hybrid role.

Lead instrumentation and controls engineering for municipal water and wastewater facilities. Develop SCADA architectures, P&IDs, control narratives, specifications, PLC/HMI designs, and industrial network infrastructure. Coordinate multidisciplinary design, construction-phase services, QA/QC, inspections, testing, startup, and commissioning. Manage assignments, communicate with clients, and occasionally travel to sites and offices.

Leads on-site project controls for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor manufacturing program. Oversees cost, schedule, progress measurement, forecasting, change and risk management, contractor billing, reporting, and EVM governance. Manages a multidisciplinary project controls team and integrates the Owner, EPC contractors, A&E partners, and prime contractors. Maintains baseline integrity, develops executive dashboards, performs schedule forensics and performance analysis, and drives corrective actions, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Leads roadway engineering and design for transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, interchanges, arterials, and intersections. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, developing project plans and schedules, managing production, conducting QA/QC reviews, preparing technical documentation, coordinating with clients, presenting designs, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. Requires strong knowledge of FDOT standards and proficiency with roadway design software.

Lead procurement and strategic sourcing for complex electric capital construction projects. Responsibilities include managing RFPs, RFQs, bid packages, supplier engagement, commercial strategies, negotiations, evaluation models, award recommendations, governance, risk escalation, and stakeholder coordination. The role also improves procurement processes through standardized tools, templates, reporting, operating models, and supplier performance practices while supporting transmission, distribution, substation, civil, underground, and overhead-line construction programs.
