Responsible for processing and reconciling intercompany invoices and statements, preparing accruals, journals and reports, supporting OneStream reconciliations, assisting revenue forecasting and variance analysis, and handling basic collections inquiries and performance tracking.

Produce alignment plans, detailed drawings, and specifications; run feasibility analyses and simulations; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support constructability, regulatory approvals and provide technical construction support throughout delivery.

Coordinate procurement, contract administration, purchase order and vendor management, financial/project controls, and document management for capital and facilities projects. Liaise with project teams, procurement, finance, and site stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and audit-ready records while supporting multiple regional projects and training team members.

Support environmental investigation and remediation projects by assisting project managers with task management, data evaluation, technical reporting, budget tracking, field staff direction, client and regulator communication, and safety stewardship. Work is primarily office-based with up to ~25% site visits across Tennessee.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise low-code applications and automation solutions using Oracle VBCS and related integration technologies. Integrate UIs with back-end services, troubleshoot production issues, support Power Automate, and partner with stakeholders to map workflows and deliver scalable, secure automation across the organization.

Lead and deliver business advisory engagements for transport clients: develop strategy, diagnose organisations, design and implement solutions, manage stakeholders and benefits, lead workstreams, support capability development, and contribute to pursuits and methodologies to deliver client outcomes.

Lead cost and commercial assurance reviews on NEC Option C/E projects, validate open-book costs, audit payroll/timesheets, test rates and invoices, review compensation events, assess commercial controls, produce findings and dashboards, and apply Excel/low-code tools to automate analytics.
