Lead and quality-control ecological assessments and projects, deliver EcIAs, PEAs, BNG assessments and HRAs, manage client relationships, bids, teams, and ensure biosecurity, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.

Lead the national stormwater design group, oversee highway drainage and related stormwater design teams, ensure quality, resource forecasting, staff development, cross-office collaboration, and support business development and proposal pursuits.
