Outbound-focused sales role selling answering services to business customers nationwide. Prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, CRM tracking, follow-up, meeting KPIs, occasional customer training, and occasional travel. Work closely with Sales Manager to drive revenue.

Provide account support for Arvig Answering Solutions clients: program, test, and maintain account software; perform system maintenance; manage scheduling and reports; troubleshoot issues; train clients; proactively manage accounts and participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Conduct outbound calling to engage new and existing business customers nationwide for answering services. Identify and qualify leads via prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Track activity in CRM, follow up on inquiries, meet KPIs with Sales Manager, and occasionally assist with customer training and onboarding. Travel occasionally as needed.
