Maintains payroll records and approval logs, uploads payroll files, responds to employee inquiries, supports compliance activities, and collaborates with administrative teams to improve payroll accuracy and timeliness.

Supports and modernizes automated cable manufacturing equipment through PLC/HMI programming, controls upgrades, machine integration, commissioning, advanced troubleshooting, and equipment relocation support. Support end-to-end Power BI report development: gather requirements, design data models and ETL, build dashboards, automate workflows with Power Automate, manage data sources (SharePoint, SQL, APIs), resolve data quality issues, document solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting and processes.

The Supply Chain Analyst collaborates with various departments to enhance supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, and identifying improvement opportunities.
