Manage end-to-end supply chain dispute resolution by investigating shipment and transaction histories, analyzing revenue and cost discrepancies, reconciling records, processing SAP amendments, and coordinating with customers and internal teams. Determine dispute outcomes, manage purchase order and financial adjustments, document root causes, implement corrective actions, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with controls, SOPs, and quality standards.

Design, build, and operate scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, orchestration workflows, governed datasets, and data products. Develop data models and analytics foundations supporting BI, AI, ML, and GenAI use cases. Partner with product, analytics, data science, AI, and business teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions. Monitor and improve reliability, performance, quality, security, observability, and operational support across data and ML workflows.

Own the architecture and implementation of large-scale data and AI platforms. Design storage, pipelines, services, applications, and agentic systems; establish standards for governance, interoperability, security, observability, and cost management; and personally deliver production code. Lead migrations, build agentic engineering tooling, deploy LLM systems, make build-versus-buy decisions, conduct technical reviews, mentor engineers, and partner with product and business stakeholders. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Lead SAP security architecture, Secure-by-Design implementation, vulnerability management, GRC controls, audit support, cloud security, and integrations with SIEM and logging platforms. Guide SAP security projects through design, delivery, and operations; coordinate third-party partners; manage risks and backlogs; and lead, mentor, and coach cross-functional security engineers. Support SAP migrations, system mergers, SSO, interface security, compliance, and AI automation initiatives across the SAP landscape.

Performs day-to-day accounting, monthly balance sheet reviews, financial statement analysis, book close activities, tax and audit deliverables, and internal control attestations. Coordinates with international teams and process owners, ensures compliance with financial controls, responds to inquiries, identifies process gaps, and implements improvements. Provides reporting and consolidation support, assists with complex accounting issues, and serves as a backup resource. Requires relevant accounting experience, English communication skills, Excel proficiency, SAP, and OneStream knowledge.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including shipment tracking, milestone monitoring, reporting, validation, exception handling, and customer or stakeholder communication. Support 3PL and 4PL workflows, KPI tracking, root-cause analysis, process documentation, and automation testing. Maintain trackers, SOPs, and operational reports while contributing to training, cross-skilling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
