Purpose of the Role
 

The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of Lead Logistics operations by monitoring and resolving operational exceptions, system-generated errors, and workflow issues across supply chain platforms. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve process efficiency, maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and support continuous improvement through automation and standardization initiatives.
 

You will be Responsible for:

  • Monitoring operational exceptions, system-generated errors, and workflow queues across Lead Logistics platforms to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Investigating and resolving IDOC, Auto Purchase Order (Auto PO), Sales Order, Purchase Order, Supplier Invoice, and workflow-related issues within defined service levels.
  • Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring operational and system errors.
  • Collaborating with Business, Technology, Product, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
  • Ensuring adherence to operational standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal controls, customer-specific requirements, and governance standards.
  • Managing assigned operational queues while maintaining productivity targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
  • Supporting testing, deployment, stabilization, and transition activities for new system enhancements, business transformations, customer onboarding, and country migrations.
  • Identifying automation, standardization, and process optimization opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Providing operational guidance, knowledge sharing, and subject matter expertise to support team capability and consistent process execution.
  • Preparing operational reports, dashboards, and analytical insights on error trends, operational risks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Driving compliance with quality, audit, risk, and governance requirements while ensuring accurate documentation and process adherence.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Lead Logistics, Customer Delivery, Shared Services, or Operational Error Management.
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP and Supply Chain platforms such as SAP, FACT, SCP, MODS, Athena, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Lead Logistics processes, Sales Order and Purchase Order lifecycles, workflow management, and exception handling.
  • Working knowledge of IDOC processing, integration error management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable business insights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Business, Technology, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results while meeting SLA targets, maintaining process accuracy, and driving operational excellence through automation and standardization initiatives.
