Serves as the primary contact for assigned supply chain customers, coordinating end-to-end logistics operations, shipment planning, documentation, delivery, and issue resolution. The role monitors KPIs, prepares performance reports, leads customer business reviews, supports process improvement and digital adoption, and ensures billing, reconciliation, compliance, and customer-specific SOP adherence. Oversee statutory accounting, audit responses, and Board Pack preparation while coordinating stakeholders and resolving issues in a global environment.

Provide administrative and operational support for training activities, including creating POs/SOs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, tracking course schedules and certificates, maintaining records and systems, responding to queries, and supporting routine reporting and operational processes to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Supports container sales compliance through transaction and customer-file audits, customs documentation reviews, onboarding due diligence, risk escalation, recordkeeping, reporting, audit readiness, and process improvement. Coordinates with Legal, Tax, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams to maintain accurate, policy-aligned compliance documentation and identify control gaps.

Manage finance and accounting for a regional business area, oversee day-to-day accounting and team performance, ensure timely financial close and accurate reporting, maintain financial data integrity, support audits, and provide analytical insight to finance leadership. The role also drives process improvements, automation, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and accounting best practices.

Coordinate daily office administration, supplies, meetings, correspondence, document processing, reception, switchboard operations, events, facility maintenance, security, and regulatory compliance. The role supports a welcoming, efficient workplace, manages suppliers and office costs, and assists other organizational functions. Candidates need administrative or receptionist experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, fluency in Norwegian and English, strong multitasking and prioritization skills, and a valid driving license.
