Deliver production-ready AI/GenAI solutions embedded in CRM and enterprise workflows. Integrate AI with CRM, ERP, CDPs and APIs, build data pipelines, enable automation and copilots, ensure governance, scalability, and adoption across Sales, Service, and Aftersales.

Lead and coordinate multiple parallel R&D initiatives in a computer vision reconstruction team. Manage roadmaps, dependencies, release planning, and stakeholder communication. Translate product needs into actionable work, refine priorities, define acceptance criteria, and balance bug fixes with long-term outcomes. Design and own CRM solutions across CRM, Web, ERP and integration layers. Translate business needs into scalable CRM designs, ensure data integrity, support delivery and governance, collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, and promote standardization and reuse.

Design, prototype, and deploy AI/LLM-enabled tools and assistants integrated with engineering systems (e.g., M365, PLM, CAD, test platforms). Identify use cases, build secure scalable integrations, collaborate with engineers, IT, and security, and drive adoption so solutions become part of daily engineering workflows.

Provide technical support for 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, phone, email, and occasional on-site events. Troubleshoot, collect case information per procedures, log cases in CRM, escalate issues and feedback to other departments, and support resellers and end-users globally.

Lead the transformation and scaling of a Databricks-based data platform into an AI-ready foundation. Define architecture, governance, and operating models; provide technical leadership and hands-on development; enable domain teams, optimize costs, drive platform adoption, and promote data and AI best practices across the organization.

Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects (design, implementation, stabilization) including ERP (D365), reporting, controlling, compliance, and entity setups. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (finance, IT, tax, legal, operations), establish governance, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure smooth handover to Shared Services while driving standardization, automation, and operational adoption.

Manage relationships and commercial performance of selected reseller partners in France. Support partner sales teams, develop business plans and forecasts, coordinate order management, align local and global commercial strategies, and prepare business reviews and performance materials.
