Serve as the CRM functional consultant for North America: configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365, automate business processes, build reports and dashboards, support cross-functional teams, improve adoption, document solutions, and collaborate with development teams in Denmark, Poland, and Ukraine.

Provide Tier 3 technical support for 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via remote sessions, phone, email and occasional on-site work. Lead and manage two QA teams and coordinate QA across the 3Shape Unite project. Define and implement end-to-end QA strategy, align testing approaches (including automation), ensure QA consistency, monitor test coverage and defects, perform root cause analysis, hire and onboard staff, and enhance collaboration between QA, development, product, and release teams.

Deliver structured remote onboarding and hands-on scanning training for TRIOS users. Build trusted customer relationships, verify installations, track progress in CRM, escalate feedback, and ensure high product adoption through follow-ups, reporting, and cross-department coordination.

Deliver production-ready AI/GenAI solutions embedded in CRM and enterprise workflows. Integrate AI with CRM, ERP, CDPs and APIs, build data pipelines, enable automation and copilots, ensure governance, scalability, and adoption across Sales, Service, and Aftersales.

Lead and coordinate multiple parallel R&D initiatives in a computer vision reconstruction team. Manage roadmaps, dependencies, release planning, and stakeholder communication. Translate product needs into actionable work, refine priorities, define acceptance criteria, and balance bug fixes with long-term outcomes. Drive day-to-day operations, document decisions, and ensure product focus and transparency across software and hardware teams.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows using Python (PySpark) and Databricks on Azure. Support real-time and batch processing, data governance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborate with product, data science, and cloud teams to deliver analytics, reporting, and ML-ready datasets and metrics.

Design, implement, and operate backend Cloud Storage services on Azure. Deliver end-to-end features including development, testing, deployment readiness, monitoring, and multi-region pipelines. Collaborate with platform and product teams to apply IaC, observability, and SRE/DevOps practices while ensuring performance, security, and reliability of containerized workloads.
