Own and administer the Redwood RunMyJobs platform, including scheduling, workflow automation, job dependencies, configuration, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Productionize AI proofs-of-concept into scalable, governed solutions; implement identity/security, sandboxing, telemetry, automated evaluation, tool orchestration, integrations, and reusable platform components; collaborate with architecture, security, governance, and application teams.

Own day-to-day AI governance: maintain an authoritative AI asset inventory, validate intake and data/privacy/identity requirements, monitor usage/cost/controls, manage governance dashboards/reporting, and work hands-on with Copilot/agentic builders to ensure DLP, data classification, connectors, and access controls are implemented.

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment: source via job boards and LinkedIn, screen HR/technical skills, validate visas and compliance, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding for US-based IT roles on a night shift (EST) schedule.

Drive full sales cycle for ERP/SAP, AMS, and IT consulting services. Identify and penetrate target accounts, build and grow client relationships, develop proposals, present solutions, manage pipeline in CRM, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with delivery, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful engagements.

Manage and grow digital presence via SEO, content, social, paid campaigns, landing pages and marketing automation. Create content, build lead-nurture journeys, track analytics with Google tools, present KPI reports, and recommend optimizations to drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
