Manage HR operations in Managua, including workforce planning, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance audits, employee records, HR reporting, and office and facilities operations. The role also supervises an HR Administrator and Facilities Responsible while partnering with legal representatives on employment law and compliance matters.

Develops sourcing strategies, manages recruitment programs, budgets, partnerships, and performance metrics, and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve participant acquisition and client satisfaction goals. Coaches team members, improves engagement and conversion, supports panel growth, and drives projects from conception through completion.

Manage multiple market research projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery. Coordinate with clients, recruiters, supervisors, and internal teams; maintain project trackers and progress reports; resolve issues; monitor costs and feasibility; communicate updates; and support client satisfaction, recruiting success, and efficient project completion.

Administer and improve identity services across Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and SaaS applications. Manage user lifecycles, MFA, Conditional Access, passwordless authentication, SSO integrations, RBAC, privileged accounts, access reviews, and governance processes. Monitor and troubleshoot identity systems, support audit and compliance activities, and automate IAM processes using PowerShell.

As a Market Research Interviewer, you will conduct surveys via phone, record responses, and collaborate with the team while ensuring effective communication and organizational skills.

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and in person. Support Microsoft 365 apps, manage user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD, configure and maintain endpoints and peripherals, assist with VPN and email, document incidents in a ticketing system, and participate in rotating weekend on-call shifts.
