As a Market Research Interviewer, you will conduct surveys via phone, record responses, and collaborate with the team while ensuring effective communication and organizational skills.

Manage end-to-end online data collection projects across multiple accounts: act as client/vendor contact, review specs, deploy sample, monitor fielding and quotas, validate and prepare data deliveries, manage vendors and budgets, communicate progress, resolve issues, and support coding/analysis and reporting while following SOPs.

Lead product development and lifecycle for enterprise digital platforms: gather stakeholder requirements, define roadmaps/backlogs, collaborate with engineering and design, drive agile delivery, evaluate market trends and AI integrations, and coordinate with clients and vendors.

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and in person. Support Microsoft 365 apps, manage user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD, configure and maintain endpoints and peripherals, assist with VPN and email, document incidents in a ticketing system, and participate in rotating weekend on-call shifts.

Coordinate and support security audits and certifications (ISO 27001, TISAX), maintain compliance documentation, track remediation and corrective actions, manage third-party/vendor security assessments, respond to client security questionnaires, support risk assessments and incident response documentation, and partner with Legal, IT, Sales, and Account teams to meet security and compliance objectives.

Provide high-quality inbound/outbound support to survey respondents: handle calls, triage and resolve inquiries, document interactions, escalate complex issues, work with internal teams, and meet productivity and satisfaction targets.
