We're looking for a Human Resources Manager ready to join us in making a real impact at our office in Managua, Nicaragua.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop talent pipelines.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews round, and onboarding new employees.
• Implement programs to promote a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement.
• Support managers in handling performance issues and fostering employee growth and development.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.
• Manage accurate and timely preparation and processing of biweekly payroll.
• Manage and provide guidance to the HR Administrator.
• Ensure company policies and procedures comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with the legal representative to stay up to date on legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and support legal and compliance audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in UKG and prepare relevant HR reports and metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day office and facilities operations, including communication with building management, maintenance, vendors, and other workplace needs.
• Lead and oversee the Facilities Responsible, ensuring effective management of facilities, maintenance, vendors, and workplace operations.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of HR experience.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Hands-on experience managing legal audits and supporting legal cases.
• Experience with payroll and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; UKG experience preferred.
