Drives S&OP improvement, process standardization, automation, change management, cross-functional projects, and team development within a semiconductor supply chain environment.

Designs, develops, qualifies, deploys, and supports semiconductor test hardware for wafer sort and final test. Leads probe card, FPC, daughter card, socket, debug board, and tester interface projects from concept through production release. Troubleshoots failures, performs root cause analysis, manages suppliers, maintains configuration documentation, supports manufacturing expansion, and collaborates with product, test, manufacturing, NPI, operations, and external engineering teams.

Performs semiconductor product failure analysis to identify non-conformance and root causes. Supports material analysis, reliability qualifications, evaluations, line rejects, and package development. Manages laboratory resources, develops analysis techniques, coaches technicians, provides training, collaborates cross-functionally on defect resolution, improves laboratory processes, and ensures safety, ESD, and chemical compliance.

Optimizes and maintains automated optical inspection systems in SMT and PCB production. Develops AOI programs, improves defect detection and yield, analyzes process data, troubleshoots equipment and software, supports NPI, manages preventive maintenance, participates in quality audits, and trains production personnel. Collaborates with manufacturing, process, quality, maintenance, suppliers, and customers to improve equipment uptime, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

Leads a customer support team serving internal and external semiconductor customers. Oversees service KPIs, customer-request workflows, technical product information, documentation, questionnaires, and Product Change Notification processes. Coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Quality, engineering, manufacturing, and development teams to deliver timely customer support. Drives continuous improvement, operational excellence, stakeholder communication, and team development.
