Lead and manage analog/mixed-signal power IC design for Power Path products from concept to Release-for-Supply. Oversee architecture, transistor-level design, verification, layout, tape-out, silicon bring-up, and cross-site collaboration; recruit and mentor engineers; drive first-pass silicon success, IP reuse, design-for-quality, and customer engagements.

Lead failure analysis of semiconductor devices at wafer, package, and die levels using electrical verification, fault isolation, and physical root-cause techniques. Produce detailed FA reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reliability and yield issues, operate and maintain FA/EFA equipment, and drive improvements in FA methodologies and turnaround time.

Serve as global finance master data SME to govern, maintain, and improve finance master data. Lead governance, migration, and continuous improvement projects; approve requests; monitor and report data quality; and collaborate with global teams to ensure data integrity.

Lead complaint handling and reporting; drive root-cause analysis, containment and corrective actions; review and approve 8D reports; communicate technical details to customers; join crisis teams, support recalls, provide complaint statistics, and collaborate with global quality labs and cross-functional teams.
