- Develop and enhance the global Finance master data strategy in collaboration with Finance and Master Data teams.
- Lead Finance master data governance, improvement, and migration projects.
- Review and approve day-to-day Finance master data requests.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data quality and processes.
- Establish and maintain monitoring, reporting, and data quality metrics for Finance master data.
- Collaborate closely with global master data maintenance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in master data governance, maintenance, and migration.
- Strong expertise in Finance master data, including General Ledger (GL) Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Vendors, Customers, and Materials.
- Experience working with SAP Finance.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-cultural teams.
