The Senior Software Engineer will develop tools and solve open-ended problems using various programming languages and technologies. The role requires collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment with a focus on engineering competency.

Embed with customers to deploy, validate, and integrate Antithesis into their CI and release processes. Partners with sales, marketing, recruiting, and global go-to-market teams while mentoring engineers and contributing hands-on technical expertise to customer engagements and distributed-systems testing initiatives.

Design, build, and operate core platform systems including storage layers, data pipelines, and scalable APIs. Contribute to the Pangolin database, implement data access and authorization primitives, own reliability and on-call duties, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and mentor engineers.

Design, build, and evolve Pangolin, a bespoke streaming analytics database handling terabytes daily. Collaborate with internal customers and the infrastructure team to prioritize features, improve performance and reliability, write design docs, and drive the long-term technical direction of the system.

Lead and scale customer operations across pre-sales, onboarding, customer success, support, renewals, and account management. Own processes, tooling, analytics, forecasting, customer health, and lifecycle programs. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and execs to drive retention, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. Build and mentor teams, improve systems and reporting, and establish renewal and escalation processes for a high-growth SaaS business.

Run POCs and onboarding to demonstrate Antithesis platform value, lead workshops (PBT), build demos, support sales technically, find bugs in complex systems, and guide customers on testing methodologies.

The Senior Account Executive will manage enterprise sales cycles, engage with technical customers, mentor new executives, and refine sales processes.
