About the Role
We’re looking for an unconventional thinker, a boredom fighter and an agent of chaos. You will be deploying the arsenal of tools and technologies from the Antithesis platform to find bugs and break our customers’ software. You will be able to articulate and convince future customers about the new paradigm of software testing and reliability brought by Antithesis.
What You'll Do
Execute in Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements to help demonstrate Antithesis product value to new customers.
Participate in new customer onboarding activities.
Support the sales team with technical qualifications and consultations.
Lead customer workshops around Property-based-Testing (PBT) and other topics.
Find bugs and break open source software.
Thought leadership around testing complex systems.
Build, maintain, and show product demos.
Guide customers and prospects on the Antithesis platform and testing methodologies.
Who You Are
Highly technical, and more importantly, technically curious.
Easily bored and needs new challenges.
Interested in learning and absorbing new technologies.
Comfortable working in tight timelines and high-pressure situations.
Great communicator - both written and verbal.
A native Japanese speaker, with business-level English skills.
Good team player, able to work with small but highly skilled individuals.
Professional, but flexible - you can roll with the fast pace of a startup.
Good Skills and Experiences to have
Building, running automated tests (Integration tests, end-to-end testing)
Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes.
Object-oriented programming
Linux-based operating systems
Scripting languages (bash/shell, Python, Javascript)
Querying data (via SQL, NoSQL or other query engines)
This role will require some travel (client site, conferences, Antithesis HQ)
Skills Required
- Experience building and running automated tests (integration tests, end-to-end testing)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Object-oriented programming experience
- Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems
- Scripting experience (bash/shell, Python, JavaScript)
- Ability to query data via SQL or NoSQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with customer-facing POCs, onboarding, and supporting sales teams
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites, conferences, and company HQ
- Comfort working under tight timelines and high-pressure situations
- Experience with property-based testing or running workshops on testing methodologies
