Translate artist feedback and quantitative data into intuitive interfaces, simplified workflows, measurable UX improvements, and software requirements. Collaborate with artists, production, Pipeline, IT, developers, and technical directors; facilitate workshops, prototype solutions, define UX metrics, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Coordinates business development operations by preparing bidding packages, tracking bid follow-ups, maintaining CRM databases and dashboards, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, updating showreels and presentations, and supporting finance and production teams with project closures. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, proofreading, discretion, and advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Create polished, high-end animation for creatures, characters, and objects in VFX productions. Responsibilities include developing expressive performances, applying animation principles, ensuring technical and pipeline quality, troubleshooting rigging or scene issues, collaborating with production and adjacent teams, participating in reviews, meeting deadlines, and sharing knowledge. The role requires strong Maya proficiency, body mechanics and facial animation expertise, and at least 10 years of VFX studio experience.

Builds forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for compute, storage, networking, rendering, and archival infrastructure. Partners with Systems, Pipeline, Production, Finance, technology leaders, and global clients to align infrastructure investments with production priorities, performance, availability, and budget requirements.

Create and assemble 3D shot and sequence layouts in Maya based on previs and supervisor direction. Set up cameras, organize scenes, resolve blocking and technical issues, and prepare optimized setups for downstream VFX departments. Refine composition and camera movement to support visual storytelling, collaborate through dailies and reviews, incorporate LiDAR and photogrammetry data, document workflows, and support onboarding and continuous improvement.
