The position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing ASML systems, providing technical support to customers, and training them on equipment usage. The engineer will analyze problems, document issues, and mentor less experienced staff.

Lead technical design, implementation, and support of SAP EWM/SAP S/4HANA enterprise solutions. Own product roadmap, drive requirements analysis, co-design with architects, lead development and testing, resolve complex incidents, ensure availability, and mentor team members in continuous improvement.

Serve as technical customer lead for China mainstream market segments — enable customer roadmaps, align product roadmaps with customer needs, demonstrate product performance/cost advantages, relay customer voice to business lines and senior management, and ensure product performance and service satisfaction.

Lead a small on-site team delivering specialized in-fab engineering support, coordinate and execute operational plans, monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction, handle escalations, drive process improvements, and develop stakeholders and team capabilities.

Lead end-to-end supply chain and sourcing activities for NPI and industrialization within ASML's Product Generation Process. Manage supply-chain deliverables, risks, cost-of-goods roadmaps, OPEX/CAPEX for supplier NRE, QLTC issues, supplier involvement, critical-path bottlenecks, stakeholder reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure volume-worthy product introductions.
