Design, document, and qualify optical fabrication tooling for NPI and volume production using Siemens NX/Teamcenter. Manage tooling requests, run DFMEA/PFMEA and design reviews, place purchase orders, assemble tooling, support factory ECNs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Lead technical accounting and external reporting to ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, advise senior stakeholders, own integrated and interim reporting, set accounting policies and SOX control framework, support audits, train staff, and drive process improvements.
