Build and lead Keboola’s people function as a standalone partner to executives and managers. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS and payroll workflows, policy creation, manager coaching, organizational planning, performance reviews, development programs, and people analytics. The role requires creating scalable processes from scratch, using AI effectively, and improving talent and culture decisions across a distributed organization.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Financial Intelligence implementations: scope, plan, and deliver multi-entity/multi-currency consolidation, FP&A, planning and forecasting data projects. Manage client stakeholders, internal delivery pods, risks, scope, timelines, and translate between finance and technical teams to ensure predictable, high-quality production rollouts.

The Technical Consultant leads technical engagements, working closely with customers to solve data challenges and enhance the adoption of Keboola's platform while managing project scopes and fostering collaboration.
