Corporate Counsel will manage corporate governance, international entity formation, intercompany agreements, board resolutions, SaaS subscription and data licensing agreements, privacy compliance, regulatory filings, tax incentive applications, and fundraising support. The role requires collaboration across product and business functions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, assessing legislative obligations, and supporting multinational corporate compliance.

Own the full CTV sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close, while meeting new business targets. Develop expertise in streaming ad tech, fraud protection, and privacy compliance; advise clients and structure solution-based deals. Build strategic partnerships with streaming platforms and CTV publishers, pursue complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, provide market insights, and collaborate with Customer Success, Data Science, Ad Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates SaaS, data licensing, technology, partnership, and vendor agreements. Advises Sales, Finance, Product, and leadership on contractual risk, privacy, intellectual property, liability, and revenue recognition. Manages contract lifecycles, templates, playbooks, and legal technology processes while supporting governance, compliance, and outside counsel coordination. Requires strong commercial transactions experience in technology, data, or digital advertising environments.

Lead sales development in China for Pixalate’s publisher and app developer vertical. Build new business, develop revenue strategies, close complex SaaS partnerships, manage strategic deals, and grow adoption among developers, publishers, ad exchanges, ad networks, SSPs, and DSPs. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams to influence product direction. Present proposals and pricing, maintain a strong pipeline, exceed revenue targets, and represent the company as an ad-tech thought leader.

Lead and scale Pixalate’s CTV sales organization, owning strategy, pipeline health, forecasting, territory design, go-to-market planning, hiring, and revenue targets. Represent the company in complex enterprise deals with CTV platforms, streamers, and media buyers, while partnering with product, engineering, legal, marketing, data science, ad operations, and customer success. Provide CTV market intelligence and oversee repeatable sales processes for fraud detection and privacy compliance solutions.

Lead and deliver complex technical programs across development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams. Create roadmaps, manage resources, track progress, mitigate risks, and align stakeholders. Facilitate distributed team coordination, remove blockers, and drive process improvements to ensure timely delivery against business objectives.
