Provides HR shared services administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, personnel records, probation and leaver processes, contract changes, HRIS updates, payroll data, and organizational reporting lines. Own and grow Myprotein’s German influencer program, including talent sourcing, creator relationships, campaign planning, execution, content approvals, performance reporting, payments, and budget tracking. Collaborate with content, brand, paid media, commercial, and product marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Monitor German fitness and social media trends, optimize influencer performance, and support events and content initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI.

Support Myprotein’s German ecommerce growth by executing trading strategies, managing commercial calendars, analyzing customer and performance metrics, supporting launches and campaigns, coordinating with CRM and marketing teams, identifying acquisition and retention opportunities, and contributing to A/B testing, competitor analysis, reporting, and commercial projects.

Leads ecommerce trading for LOOKFANTASTIC by managing offers, analyzing data, optimizing customer journeys, and influencing revenue, gross profit, AOV, conversion, and traffic. Owns multiple categories and channels, independently uses SQL and ecommerce systems, supports team training, drives cross-functional collaboration, improves processes, and provides direction and knowledge sharing across the team.

Lead ESPA’s trade marketing strategy across luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, retail, and B2B channels. Develop launch plans, campaigns, partner activations, merchandising, treatment programmes, therapist engagement initiatives, and experiential marketing. Build strategic hospitality partnerships, strengthen brand advocacy, and drive treatment bookings, retail sales, sell-out growth, campaign ROI, and account performance through data-led optimisation and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage Myprotein’s Italian influencer program, including talent sourcing, creator relationships, campaign planning, briefing, execution, content approvals, performance reporting, budget tracking, payments, and optimization. Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver culturally relevant campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Monitor Italian fitness, social media, platform, and creator trends while supporting events and community-building initiatives.

Manage operations of Myprotein's influencer program in Germany, drive growth, analyze KPIs, recruit talent, and execute campaigns.

Plan, coordinate and deliver a portfolio of interrelated product projects for MyProtein Activewear. Maintain critical path, integrated plans, budgets and governance; manage GTM activities, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications; produce executive reporting and ensure benefits realisation at programme completion.
