Mentor engineers, create tools/dashboards, manage risk/decisions, and deliver clear, commercial-focused updates to senior leaders.

Lead packaging product development and commercialization across materials, manage multiple complex projects, perform feasibility and cost analyses, work with vendors, mentor junior engineers, produce technical reports and improve supply chain efficiencies. Travel ~25% (some international).
