Manages a strategic customer account’s logistics network design and daily operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, carrier performance, suppliers, vendors, and logistics analysts. Owns month-end close and day-to-day accounting operations while applying advanced GAAP knowledge to complex transactions. Strengthens internal controls, monitors KPIs, identifies risks, and leads process improvement and automation initiatives using Excel, Qlik Sense, and Power Query. Responsibilities include data preparation, pipeline development, predictive modeling, experimentation, model monitoring, generative AI applications, and production operationalization. Supply chain and logistics interns support cost savings, sourcing, warehouse and dispatch operations, inventory accuracy, safety, continuous improvement, and fleet or asset planning. Interns rotate through departments, complete independent and team-based projects, monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and help improve productivity and customer outcomes. The role is primarily first shift, up to 20 hours weekly, with flexibility for varied shifts and hands-on work in non-climate-controlled conditions.

Manages total loss recovery claims from intake through resolution. Investigates liability, reviews contracts and insurance coverage, gathers evidence, prepares recovery demands, negotiates settlements, communicates with customers and stakeholders, processes recoveries, reconciles accounts, and maintains complete claim documentation. Requires accurate documentation, systems proficiency, problem-solving, and willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional travel.

Supports operating tax responsibilities across U.S. and Canadian operations through transactional data analysis, tax reporting, audit support, compliance risk assessment, tax engine testing, and customer analytics. Maintains databases and data access methods, manages cross-functional projects, prioritizes activities, supports tax exposure mitigation, and communicates with internal teams and customers.

Generates sales leads through outbound and cold calls to retail, wholesale, dealer, fleet, and prospective customers. Follows up with prospects, schedules appointments, handles inbound calls, and supports sales representatives. Assists with managing and maintaining vehicle inventory on auction and aggregator websites while developing skills for increased responsibility in the Remarketing department.

Develop, test, implement, maintain, and support robotic process automation bots and infrastructure. Analyze bot and application performance, troubleshoot issues, recode defects, and implement fixes. Gather requirements, evaluate automation opportunities, conduct proof-of-concepts, review bot scripts, and recommend solutions. Own RPA architecture, capacity planning, disaster recovery strategy, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and global development partners.
