Develop and grow relationships with facility-level contacts at large organizations, manage assigned transportation accounts, and identify new opportunities. Responsibilities include accepting tenders, managing spot opportunities, monitoring service metrics, supporting account profitability, developing rates and lane strategies, coordinating carrier recruitment, guiding account teams, and conducting customer reviews.

Drive strategic growth across 10–15 large, decentralized brokerage accounts by expanding wallet share, entering new divisions and locations, strengthening executive relationships, leading QBRs, and developing account growth plans. The role partners with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, supports onboarding, monitors performance, manages escalations, and protects profitability without overseeing daily freight operations.
