Serve as point of contact for veterans and dependents on VA education benefits and university policies; maintain and update student records, prepare credit and degree progress summaries, certify enrollment to VA using required forms, monitor academic progress and conduct, track Yellow Ribbon program data, provide counseling and referrals, generate reports, and maintain confidential records per VA and university requirements.
