Act as a strategic HR advisor for a business unit: develop and implement tailored talent strategies, advise on employee and labor relations, lead performance management, workforce and succession planning, onboarding, compensation guidance, and data-driven talent decisions. Partner with HR centers of expertise, communicate policies, mitigate risk, and promote USC culture and inclusion.

Manage daily operations for a ~100-person research center: onboarding, procurement, facilities and space management, Workday/Concur financial tasks, AV/setup for meetings, event planning, travel/expense coordination, supervise student workers and an admin assistant, and support executive expense tracking and center events.

Perform need assessments and verification for student financial aid; package awards and loans (Stafford/PLUS); maintain accurate documentation; apply federal/state regulations; assist with appeals, audits, compliance, outreach, and student counseling.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT and audio-visual support for faculty, staff, and students. Support teaching technologies, manage imaging/backup/restoration, troubleshoot hardware/software/VOIP, operate AV systems for live events, create documentation and training, supervise student workers, manage equipment inventory, and promote IT security and customer-focused service in a fast-paced academic environment.

Plan, design, and manage 30–50 annual events from conception to completion. Oversee logistics, vendors, budgets, staffing, on-site execution, and post-event reporting. Support CLE registration and accreditation, maintain attendee records, and assist with exams and commencement. High-contact role requiring strong organization, communication, Excel proficiency, AV familiarity, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and local off-site events.

Design, build, and deploy analytics solutions and data pipelines to support institutional decision-making. Analyze medium-to-large datasets, develop predictive and statistical models, perform data cleaning and validation, run experiments/A-B tests, create dashboards and reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders while maintaining documentation and project timelines.
