Lead architecture and development of scalable, secure, cloud-native software platforms for intelligent networking, distributed data processing, real-time analytics, and AI agent experiences. Design high-volume, low-latency systems; guide software development across the full lifecycle; mentor engineers; and solve complex technical problems involving microservices, network telemetry, cloud infrastructure, and generative AI.

Design, develop, and execute systematic and automated tests for networking software. Debug and document defects, analyze results, recommend fixes, and collaborate with developers to ensure product quality.

Drive new business development and full-cycle enterprise sales across NSW Territory and Australian Federal Government agencies. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, systems integrators, and government contractors; manage territory strategies, pipeline forecasts, tenders, negotiations, and contract closures. Collaborate with technical, marketing, channel, and services teams to demonstrate secure cloud networking solutions. The role requires strong public-sector procurement knowledge, government technology sales experience, and Australian citizenship.

Build and maintain enterprise Workato integrations, custom connectors, APIs, recipes, and automation workflows across Salesforce and other SaaS applications. Develop Python services, integration architectures, event-driven workflows, and AI/GenAI solutions using LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG, vector databases, and embeddings. Troubleshoot integration issues and implement secure, scalable error handling, monitoring, logging, and observability.

Provides full-time technical design, deployment, troubleshooting, and support for customer networking environments in Japan. Acts as technical lead and trusted advisor, resolving Layer 2/3 switching, routing, and SD-WAN issues. Responsibilities include onsite troubleshooting, lab replication, solution validation, vulnerability and bug reporting, customer training, implementation planning, UAT definition, and coordination with sales, engineering, product teams, partners, and global technical support.
