Lead end-to-end onboarding for mid-market SaaS customers, from discovery and technical configuration through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. Configure tracking, pixels, integrations, and data sources; validate attribution accuracy; onboard customers to Moby AI workflows; deliver training; manage risks and concurrent implementations; and improve onboarding standards, documentation, and processes through cross-functional collaboration.

Own end-to-end onboarding and ongoing success for a high-volume portfolio of eCommerce brands. Configure Shopify tracking, pixels, UTMs, and marketing integrations; validate attribution data; guide customers through dashboards and metrics; manage customer health and milestones in HubSpot; support retention, renewals, and expansion; troubleshoot technical issues; and improve customer-success playbooks and processes.

Provide technical support for enterprise SaaS customers across chat, email, and direct channels. Investigate complex issues involving pixels, integrations, reporting, attribution, AI workflows, and data warehouses; determine education, configuration, bug filing, or engineering escalation needs. Coach customers and agencies, partner with Customer Success and technical teams, identify recurring issues, and improve knowledge bases, runbooks, and AI support capabilities.

Manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through rollout and follow-up. Translate strategic priorities into requirements, timelines, owners, dependencies, and execution plans. Coordinate migrations, feature flag changes, pricing and packaging updates, and feature releases. Build project intake, documentation, workflow, and automation processes while tracking risks, commitments, decisions, and outcomes. Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership, create structure amid ambiguity, and drive projects to completion across technical and business teams.

Create motion graphics, edit and polish video content, and produce short-form social cutdowns. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate AI-driven product insights into on-brand, high-performing video. Occasionally shoot interviews/B-roll and iterate quickly on creative assets.

Lead and scale Triple Whale’s creator marketing program: develop strategy, recruit and manage creators and affiliates, run end-to-end campaigns, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and define KPIs to measure and optimize creator-driven growth.
