Prospect and develop new business among retail florists for Flowerbuyer.com. Build and manage a portfolio through high-volume outbound calling, Microsoft Teams meetings, relationship development, objection handling, customer retention, and reactivation of inactive accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions for high-volume customers, use order-entry and contact-management systems, meet telephone-sales expectations, and exceed sales goals.

Coordinates end-to-end shipping documentation for assigned trade lanes, including bills of lading, manifests, invoices, pre-alerts, schedules, amendments, and customer communications. Supervises shipping and receiving operations, including shipment verification, loading compliance, bills of lading, inventory rotation, workforce scheduling, and equipment inspections. Coordinates shipping priorities, storage movement, safety stock, and seasonal receiving hours. Leads warehouse employees, resolves grievances, communicates upcoming production needs, reports discrepancies and outages, and implements process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy while maintaining customer service and workplace safety.

Lead design, implementation, and support of Oracle SCM (Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory) across Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS. Manage onsite/offshore teams, gather requirements, document solutions, integrate with OTM/EDI/WMS, support projects and operational issues, and deliver end-user training and digital transformation initiatives.

Process and manage customer orders, validate pricing and availability, coordinate with Sales/Production/Logistics, resolve order issues, document returns/quality concerns, maintain customer and pricing data, generate reports, and support continuous improvement using Excel and ERP systems.

The Regulatory & Compliance Analyst will support compliance activities, maintain regulatory documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure environmental requirements are met in sustainable agriculture.

Develop and execute national, regional, and account-specific trade and shopper marketing programs. Create POS materials, manage trade marketing budget and vendor fulfillment, analyze promotional performance using IRI and Margin Minder, run coupon programs, maintain SharePoint communications, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Finance, and external agencies to drive incremental volume.
