Senior Full Stack Java Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade backend and UI applications. Collaborate with offshore teams; develop using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, ReactJS, Servlets/JSP; implement REST/SOAP services, database access, XML transformations, and unit tests; follow Agile and CI/CD practices.

Lead and execute automated and manual testing strategies focusing on API and UI (React/Storybook). Design tests, build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright), perform compatibility and exploratory testing across devices/browsers, collaborate with engineering teams through the SDLC, and report status, risks, and defect metrics to stakeholders.

Own and prioritize the technical product backlog; translate strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors to deliver, test, and roll out features; monitor product health and ensure compliance with PCI, CCPA, and SOX.

The role requires developing web applications in Java, managing a team, and working with microservices and front-end technologies. Strong experience in JSP, servlets, and Agile methodologies is essential.

The IAM Developer will implement SailPoint IIQ, lead engagement activities, manage access certifications, and develop architecture documents. Responsibilities include project management within the Identity Access Management domain and experience with testing protocols.
