Own the systems, data, governance, reporting, and order-to-cash processes supporting Pair Eyewear’s wholesale sales organization. Manage CRM architecture, account data, territories, quotas, sample programs, service intake, forecasting, and reporting migration from NetSuite to Looker. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, CX, Supply Chain, IT, Fulfillment, and logistics partners to improve efficiency, data quality, service levels, and account support.

Partner with manufacturing and operations to own SKU- and BOM-level cost models, forecast and budget COGS, analyze gross margin and unit economics, model landed cost scenarios, support month-end COGS accruals, and present margin insights to finance leadership to improve unit economics and reporting.

Own Pair Eyewear's organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Build content strategy and monthly calendars, manage community inbox and creator/UGC relationships, surface community insights to cross-functional teams, and partner with creative and paid teams to repurpose high-performing organic content.

Lead and scale paid social across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. Own full-funnel strategy, budget pacing, bidding, audience targeting, creative testing, attribution/ incrementality measurement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient new customer growth.

Own a field territory to prospect and close new independent optical accounts, manage and grow existing relationships, analyze sales data and KPIs, run territory plans and business reviews, represent the brand at events, and collaborate internally to drive product adoption and revenue.
